Cameron Winton: Director of Studies

Having taught at a few schools around the world, I was extremely pleased when I first started teaching here at Geos. The facilities are of a high standard, and the staff are wonderful. Now I am the director of studies, my role has changed, but I’m still equally happy to be here in such an enjoyable environment.

Chelsea Bernal: Senior Teacher

I became an English teacher because I was looking for something different.  I’ve stayed an English teacher because it’s such an interesting field filled with fantastic opportunities for finding out about cultures from all over the world.  Working at GEOS is perfect for this because of the excellent range of nationalities.  Teaching here is a little like travelling to a different country each day.

Carmen Stehle: Senior Teacher

Originally from Canada, I now call Australia home. I first came to Australia in 2002, as an international student at the University of Melbourne. Not long after that I went to Japan, where I taught English for two years. I've travelled to countries in Europe, Asia and the Americas, As well as English, I teach French, speak Japanese and hints of Aussie! I am privileged to be part of the professional and caring team at GEOS. Anne Juel Tinkler: Marketing Coordinator

I am originally from Denmark but I grew up in Scotland and Ireland. I have studied in Scotland and Spain so I have also been an International student. I moved to Melbourne 2 years ago and I feel very much at home here in Melbourne. GEOS Melbourne, is the friendliest place I have ever worked and I very much look forward to welcoming you to our school.

Okkyoung Hong: Office Manager

I enjoy working with people in my role as Office Manager. Now I live in Melbourne and it is great to be in such a cosmopolitan, multi-cultural city. I have also lived in other countries including Korea, Hong Kong, Japan, and New Zealand. I have found the best way to learn a language is to live in that country and learn about its culture as well.

Nadia Grubrina: Accounts Administrator

I used to work at reception but am now the Accounts Administrator.  I am originally from the Ukraine but also speak Russian and Spanish.  We will do our best to help you while you are studying at GEOS Melbourne.

Janelle Park: Enrolments Officer

My name is Janelle, I am the Enrolments Officer here at GEOS Melbourne.  Melbourne is a great place to live, it has a diverse mix of people and cultures and I really love all the restaurants and different places to go.  I have been in Melbourne since 2004, and have had many positive experiences while finishing my studies and working here.  I look forward to meeting you.

Mara Micheloni: Homestay Coordinator

Hello everyone! I am Mara.  I speak English, Italian and Spanish but love all languages and cultures.  I lived in Italy, Spain, Scotland and Egypt and now Australia is my home.  I hope you will enjoy your course and stay at GEOS Melbourne.  Don’t hesitate to come and see me anytime you have a question, it will be my pleasure to speak to all of you!

Tim Field: Student Services Coordinator

Hi!  I feel very lucky to be working in such a dynamic international environment here at GEOS Melbourne.  I moved to Melbourne in March 2009 and believe Melbourne is the best city in Australia to live in.  I am sure you’ll agree once you get here and settle in.
